Piano
What you practice grows
With a blend of technical proficiency and a deep understanding of the transformative power of music, I strive to create an environment where students not only learn to play the piano but also cultivate a mindful connection to the art. I have struggled a lot with imposter syndrome, limiting beliefs and the pressures that can come with studying piano yet all these struggles have taught me so much.

After completing my degree in Music at the University of Queensland in Australia, I undertook my meditation teacher training, as I found meditation and mindfulness to be the most effective when managing the pressure that can come with studying piano performance.

I now combine my love for piano with my deep commitment to mindfulness, creating a judge-free environment where students not only learn to play the piano but also cultivate a mindful connection to the art. My student’s well-being and mental health is at the forefront of all my lessons, ensuring that my teaching approach its both technically proficient and emotionally supportive.
My goal is to use what I have learnt from my personal experience alongside my music degree and meditation training to help others experience the joy and art of playing the piano.
